JADE MOON - Cabernet Franc Blend 2017 rated 96/100 by Huon Hooke on The Real Review “Deep, dense colour - red/purple and very brooding. Intense fruit aroma of blueberry, raspberry, rhubarb and a talcum powder high-note from oak. A trace of violet starting up. The wine is intense and concentrated, bold and bright if not really complex yet. Give it time. This is a bright, bouncy youngster with firm tannins which has yet to give of its best. MOUNTAIN DRAGON - Merlot Blend 2017 rated 96/100 by Huon Hooke on The Real Review "(Merlot, cabernet sauvignon, shiraz) Deep, dark red colour with a good purple rim, and it smells invitingly of blackcurrant, blackberry, raspberry and fresh herbs. The acidity runs a tangy thread through the length of the palate and the wine has tremendous density, fleshy texture and high extract. Ample tannins, which are smooth and fleshy, supple and in perfect harmony. An outstanding wine which is set to age and improve over many years."(93% merlot; 5% cabernet sauvignon, 2% shiraz) ----- |

EVERYTHING IS GOING ACCORDING TO PLAN - Chardonnay Blend 2017 rated 95/100 by Huon Hooke on The Real Review “The nose is a merry-go-round of sulfides, lemon zest, oatmeal, figs - repeat. When sipped it opens up to a lovely, rich, leesy, caramel and peach driven palate. Soft and supple, with acidity to match the fruit. It's compelling and just delicious.

SORRY FOR THE SLOW REPLY - Rosé BLD 2016 rated 95/100 by Huon Hooke on The Real Review Light purple-tinged pink colour; youthful and bright. The aromas are fresh and grapy with some berry and herb nuances, while the palate is intense and fresh, dry and crisp, with very good flavour concentration and length. The finish is bone-dry and taut, firm, long-lingering. A rosé with unusual power and drive. |
